Glenn Vail has over 20 years of tattoo experience. His accomplishments in the tattoo industry are beyond impressive, and it shows in his work. He is a National and International published and multi-award winning tattoo artist, traveling around the world and taking in different styles and cultures that all walks of life have shown him. He specializes in New School, New School Japanese, and Neo-Traditional. His hourly rate is $140/hr.

Sarah Maxwell

Tattoo Artist

Sarah Maxwell learned under Glenn as his apprentice in a two year apprenticeship. She is the first female tattoo artist to open up a tattoo studio in Fairbanks, and a multi-award winning tattoo artist. Sarah strives for greatness and is always pushing the limit when it comes to her craft. She creates distinctive and bold designs, mixing styles together for something fresh, while keeping the fundamentals of tattooing in the roots. She specializes in Neo-Traditional, Dark Illustration, Black and Grey, and Creepy/Macabre designs. She is wanting to lean more into Dark Illustration, so inquiries interested in said style will be prioritized. Her hourly rate is $140/hr. You can contact her through her Instagram. Sydney Harris

Tattoo Artist

Sydney has always been artistic and decided to pursue a career in the tattoo industry in 2011. She built up a portfolio and began a 3 year apprenticeship in Fairbanks, working hard and learning everything she could in the environment she was in. Now licensed and with more experience under her belt, she tattoos with everything she has. She’s dedicated to the industry and strives to learn more and become more versatile in multiple styles. She is the third female tattoo artist in Fairbanks. Sydney loves doing bold, thick linework, and bright colors. She specializes in American Traditional, Kawaii(Cute Japanese Designs), Illustrative, Color, and would like to explore more into Traditional Japanese. Her hourly rate is $140/hr.

Zoë Elizabeth

Tattoo Artist

Zoë started her apprenticeship at Evergreen Tattoo Company, but that wasn’t the beginning to her artistry. Zoë has been painting and sculpting for many years before deciding to pursue a career in the tattoo industry. Her creative vision and talent is exceptional and she is determined to excel in tattooing as she does in her other choices of art forms. She strives to lean into the more delicate and feminine style, color, black and grey, along with some creepy designs and watercolor. Later in more experience, she will be aiming toward Surrealism. Her hourly rate is $140/hr.

Jay Fernandez

Tattoo Artist

Jay’s apprenticeship started in Anchorage, Ak 2012 and has since allowed him to travel throughout the state specializing in large black and grey realism, though he’s happy to take a quick walk-in when time is available. Coming from a few traditional mediums and styles; his discovery of tattooing has heavily influenced his aim towards improving, providing him a means to convey your tattoo idea properly. José González

Tattoo Artist

Born in the Bronx and raised in Caguas, Puerto Rico, José found his calling to become a tattoo artist through his love of the art of Graffiti.

In 2009, José received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, majoring in painting. Using the knowledge learned through his great accomplishments, he put his talent into specLetteringializing in mostly Neo-Traditional and .Lettering.

Josés hourly rate is $150/hr and he charges a flat rate price for small to medium size tattoos.

Trevin Jackson

Tattoo Artist

Trevin was born in American Fork, Utah. Being in a military family, he grew up traveling to different parts of the country; which brought him to Alaska. At a young age, Trevin loved to draw and bring his ideas to life on paper. Around high school, Trevin became interested in the tattoo industry; the idea of someone wearing a piece of his art throughout their life was inspiring to him. He recently recieved an apprenticeship and is learning under Sarah. Trevin is innovative and determined, adaptable, and learns quickly. He is interested in Gothic/Dark American-Traditional, Black&Grey/Color, and Traditional-Japanese.

He has officially passed his tattoo test and is licensed as a tattoo artist. However because he is still learning, he will still have stipulations regarding design and size of the tattoos. Due to him being an apprentice, there will be stipulations. All designs will need to be approved by his mentor. Trevin charges $100/hr, with 1 hour minimum.
